For a rough check of your own vitamin E status, here are some things to look for:

What happens when you get a scratch, a burn or some other minor injury? Does it start mending right away, and disappear in two weeks or so? Or do you find sores lingering on, taking forever to heal?

Do you have scars that never completely healed?
